Introduction to SDCIVC
山东文化产业职业学院成立于2009年，是经山东省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业院校，亦是山东省首所专注于为文化产业发展培育高素质技术技能人才的综合性高校。学校坐落于青岛莱西高铁新城，规划占地面积4260亩，规划建筑面积120万平方米，面向全国招生，现有在校生2万余人。
自建校以来，学校始终秉持“文化立身，产业报国”的核心理念，确立了“适度规模、强化内涵、凸显特色、增强实力、提升层次”的发展定位，秉持“质量立校、人才强校、特色名校、产业兴校、文化润校”的办学方略。立足山东、面向全国、放眼世界，致力于打造成为“文化发展的传承高地与产业人才的创新摇篮”。
Established in 2009 and approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province and filed with the Ministry of Education, Shandong Cultural Industry Vocational College (SDCIVC) is a full-time public higher vocational institution. It stands as the first comprehensive college in Shandong dedicated exclusively to nurturing high-caliber technical and skilled professionals for the cultural industry. Strategically situated in Laixi High-Speed Rail New Town, Qingdao, the campus is planned to span 284 hectares, with a construction area of 1.2 million square meters. SDCIVC, enrolling students from across the nation, currently boasts an enrollment exceeding 20,000 students.
Since its birth, SDCIVC has adhered to the core philosophy of “Cultural Foundation, Industrial Service—Rooted in Culture, Dedicated to the Nation”. It has established a development orientation of “Moderate Scale, Enhanced Connotation, Distinctive Features, Strengthened Strength, and Elevated Level”. Guided by the strategy of “Prospering through Quality, Strengthening through Talents, Distinguishing through Features, Thriving through Industry, and Enriching through Culture”. 学校紧密围绕“文化产业”核心，构建了特色鲜明的学科专业体系。现设有12个二级学院：传媒学院、美术与艺术设计学院、工商管理学院、医养健康学院、轨道交通学院、智能制造学院、信息工程学院、华为现代产业学院、音乐与舞蹈学院、大兴电影学院、数字经济学院、凤凰数媒创意学院。
开设专业覆盖财经商贸、电子与信息、公共管理与服务、交通运输大类、教育与体育、旅游大类、土木建筑、文化艺术、新闻传播、医药卫生、装备制造等11个专业大类，共计60个专业，满足文化产业链多元化人才需求。重点打造了人工智能技术应用（工信部产教融合试点专业）、新闻传播、交通运营管理服务等高水平专业群，引领专业建设前沿。

The majors offered cover 11 major categories, including finance and commerce, electronics and information, public administration and services, transportation, education and sports, tourism, civil engineering and construction, culture and arts, journalism and communication, medicine and health, and equipment manufacturing, totaling 60 majors, meeting the diverse talent demands of the cultural industry chain.It has focused on building high-level major clusters such as the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology (a pilot major for industry-education integration by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), journalism and communication, and transportation operation and management services, leading the forefront of major construction.

Educational Models and Distinctive Advantages
Deep Integration of Industry and Education, Innovative Cultivation of Talents :
SDCIVC actively explores new models of university-enterprise cooperation, characterized by "Joint Development of Specialties, Shared Delivery of Courses, Collaborative Utilization of Bases, Co-authorship of Teaching Materials, and Joint Training of Faculty". It has established a modern apprenticeship and "dual-system" education model characterized by "Dual Management of Identities, Dual Teaching Venues, Dual Cultivation of Entities, and Master-Apprentice Guidance". Through close collaboration with numerous industry leaders such as Phoenix Digital Media, Huawei, Great In collaboration with industry partners such as Wall, Zhejiang Daxing Film, Beijing Huasheng, and Tianjin Binhai Xunteng, the college has established 4 specialized industrial colleges, including the sole Huawei Modern Industrial College in Shandong, jointly developed 30 programs, and constructed 28 high-level laboratories and training centers. This has fostered a synergistic ecosystem characterized by a "Factory within College" and a "College within Factory".

The college is dedicated to inheriting and promoting China's outstanding traditional culture, coupled with the fostering of innovation in the modern cultural industry. The institution's specialties are deeply intertwined with key cultural domains, including film and television media, art design, the transmission of intangible cultural heritage, cultural tourism, and creative cultural planning. It features advanced platforms including a Converged Media Center, Haier Smart AI Live Studio, and Intelligent Film Production facilities, actively promoting "Culture plus Technology" innovation.

卓越师资队伍：学校实施“专家治校、教授治学、文化强校”战略，拥有一支教学科研实力雄厚、教风优良的“双师型”教师队伍。其中，教授、副教授、高级工程师等副高级以上职称教师占比达35%，具有硕士研究生学历或中级以上职称的专任教师比例高达86%。
竞赛硕果累累：通过构建完善的“岗课赛证”综合育人体系，积极组织师生参与各级各类技能大赛，如全国职业院校技能大赛，学校能够取得历史性突破，如江西应用技术职业学院在2023年全国职业院校技能大赛中获得15项奖项，实现历史性突破。近年来，山东外事职业大学在“一带一路”暨金砖国家技能发展与技术创新大赛等国家级、省级赛事中屡获殊荣，累计获得包括二等奖、优秀指导教师奖和优秀组织奖在内的多项荣誉，充分展现了师生的卓越技能与创新能力。

Following a strategy of "Expert Governance, Professor-led Scholarship, Culture-driven Strength," the college possesses a robust team of dual-qualified faculty (talented in both teaching and industry practice) with excellent teaching ethos. Among them, professors, Associate professors and senior engineers (with associate senior titles or above) make up 35% of the faculty. A remarkable 86% of full-time faculty members hold a master's degree or above, or have an intermediate-level professional title or higher.
Outstanding Competition Achievements:
The college has established a "Position-Course-Competition-Certification" integrated educational system and actively organizes the faculty and students to participate in high-level skills competitions. In recent years, they have garnered numerous awards in national and provincial contests, including the Belt and Road & BRICS Skills Competition, Shandong "Challenge Cup" Entrepreneurship Competition, and Shandong University Student Science Festival, with a total of over 1,000 awards. These achievements fully demonstrate that both the faculty and students of the college possess exceptional skills and innovative capabilities.

The college has established a three-tier (College-School-Class) employment responsibility system, fostering a whole-college participation approach. International Cooperation and Exchange
Actively engaging in China's Belt and Road Initiative, the college has been selected by the Ministry of Education for the "China-Arab Universities 10+10 Cooperation Plan". Currently, the college has established cooperative relationships with over 10 overseas universities in countries such as Mongolia, South Korea, Singapore, and Thailand. The collaboration fields include intelligent manufacturing, cultural creativity, and digital media. The college has been promoting the sharing of educational resources and facilitating mutual cultural learning among different countries through jointly building industry-university-research platforms, exchanging industry-education integration experiences, facilitating faculty/student exchanges, co-developing curricula, fostering technology incubation, and establishing joint course systems and training platforms. The college is committed to working with international partners to cultivate elite cultural industry talents possessing global perspectives and international competitiveness.
